Minke Baumfalk is a Communication lecturer within the Social-Legal Services (SJD) degree programme and a lecturer for the Mediation minor at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. She is also an MfN-registered mediator.

Drawing on her experience in education and as a mediator, she applies her expertise in communication and mediation. She guides parties in discussing conflicts and finding suitable, sustainable solutions.
