Claudie is an expert in employment law matters and thereby focuses on advising and guiding entrepeneurs .She is also eager to help you with general legal issues that come with running a business, such as reviewing contracts and collecting outstanding debts. Her own experience as an entrepreneur comes in very useful here.

Claudie is a committed and reliable negotiating partner. She works strategically and quickly, and delivers tailor-made work. She always strives for a workable solution, but when a procedure is unavoidable, she does not dodge the issue.

When she lived in Barcelona, her love for the warm and temperamental Spain was born. She likes to focus on cross-border Dutch-Spanish (labour) law issues. She has a positive view on life and in her spare time she likes to be found on and around the Amsterdam canals.

In 2018, she obtained her degree for the Postgraduate Course in Employment Law (PALA); the specialisation for employment lawyers. She is also a member of the VAAN (Association of Employment Lawyers in the Netherlands).

Employment Law – This registration obliges her to obtain ten training points in that registered area of law every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
